Tipsport COOL League 2020

In 2020 the Tipsport COOL League in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive was divided into two splits. Players had to play all of the matches from their homes or gaming houses due to the coronavirus pandemic. Only analysts and casters could be present in a unique studio. The broadcast was enriched by modern gadgets such as an electronic pencil to offer fans a spectator experience they are used to from traditional sports. Over 100 matches were broadcasted during the course of the season. 

Tipsport COOL League was regularly broadcasted on PLAYzone Twitch channel, Prima COOL Facebook pages, sport.cz and in the HbbTV application on TV Prima channels. This was one of the reasons the year-over-year viewership of the league increased by more than 300%.
